KZN-NCPA is registered as a "Public Benefit Organization" in terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act (Act 58 of 1962). Donations to KZ-NCPA are TAX DEDUCTABLE and no duty is charged on bequests made to it in Wills (SARS ref 8/11/13/379).
